For orders, we only require a UK shipping address, and the customer can use any name. We always ensure that your order is dispatched in a discreet, professionally packaged, and unmarked container/envelope/box. If a customer chooses tracked delivery and the order is stopped or lost, we will provide a replacement free of charge. If the tracked delivery status is “delivered,” and the customer claims it has not been received, we choose to trust the courier provider. In such cases, no refund/replacement will be issued.
