We do not accept returns under any circumstances, as it would compromise our privacy. We only send replacement items in the event that the item you received is faulty or exhibits issues.

Although the vast majority of our orders are successfully delivered, there is a slight possibility that some may be lost or delayed. In such cases, we verify the tracking number, and if there is no update within seven calendar days, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
