    Well according to the listing there are 5 flavours and you get 2 of each, so 10 in a tub. I only had 8 in my tub so I was a bit disappointed there. Me and my mate are one each, waited about 45 mins then had another, 20 minutes after that we were both wasted,so if you buy these make sure you give them time.
