We ensure that our products are securely packed in odor-resistant envelopes or boxes. Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the packaging for any signs of damage and verify the contents of the products you ordered. If you choose to record the unboxing process from the very start, you will have the option to dispute the contents of the package, if necessary.
